Epix Hockey 40-Day Stick Warranty

Epix Hockey stands behind the quality of our composite hockey sticks. Eligible Epix player and goalie sticks are covered by a limited 40-day warranty against manufacturing defects when used as intended under normal hockey conditions.

Warranty Submissions

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 40 days from the date the product is delivered for online or custom orders, or 40 days from the original purchase date for retail or in-person purchases. Warranty claims must be submitted within this period.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in product failure during normal, intended hockey use. If an eligible claim is approved, Epix Hockey may provide a one-time replacement or other appropriate remedy at its discretion. If the exact model, graphic, flex, curve, or specification is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be offered.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, cosmetic damage, paint or graphic wear.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, or use outside normal hockey play.
• Damage caused by use on concrete, asphalt, or other non-ice surfaces.
• Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, repairs, excessive heat, improper storage, or intentional impact.
• Products purchased used, secondhand, or from an unauthorized seller.

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

To begin a claim, use the Warranty Submissions form and provide:

• Your order number or valid proof of purchase.
• Your name and contact information.
• The stick model and specifications, if applicable.
• The serial number, if present.
• Clear photos of the entire stick, the damaged area, and the serial number.
• A brief description of how the damage occurred.

Please keep the damaged product until your claim has been fully reviewed. Additional photos or information may be requested.

Claim Review

Submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval. Epix Hockey will review each claim to determine whether the failure is consistent with a manufacturing defect. Approved replacements are subject to product availability. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
